I used:
2 steaks – chopped up
1 sweet potato – chopped up

1 potato – chopped up
6 mushrooms – chopped in half
pumpkin – chopped up
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of Keen’s curry powder

Put all those things into the pressure cooker – mine doesn’t have times on it, so I set it to 4 which took about 35-40 minutes to cook.

When it was done I added one pouch of tomato paste and stirred it through.

Then I served it with rice.

A simple Sunday night dinner, while watching Masterchef and completing an essay.
