Write, every day of your life 33/365

Think global, act local…“Think global, act local.” Write a post connecting a global issue to a personal one.

If you look at the world today there is so much in the news about drugs and such things…well let’s say Country Town 2.0 is definitely affected by drugs.

Just a couple of weeks ago a person I work with had their house broken into by someone who uses drugs…someone who was clever enough to steal holiday money from Indonesia, America and Thailand and then take it to the post office in an attempt to exchange it, only to be told that they needed to take it to the bank.  Then the person at the post office rang the police and of course the person was caught at the bank.  I mean seriously…obviously drugs mess with your brain, that should prove it if nothing else.

Update….this was also used as the daily prompt on February 20th…so I might as well link it in.
