Daily Prompt: Practice Makes Perfect!

Well people here’s today’s daily prompt.

What talent do I wish I had???

Ummmmmm, on a completely superficial level I wish I had the talent of being able to walk into any shop and buy any item of clothing or shoes that I wanted and that they would actually fit me.  Yes I know, it sounds completely ridiculous, but plus-sized shopping does have it’s disdavantages when living in Country Town and as for shoes…OMG being a size 12/33 or 44 for shoes is almost a nightmare!!!

At times I wish I could sing, but I’m more than happy to keep my singing confined to my house while baking and to my car while on long country drives…bugger singing in the shower, I’m not in there long enough to get a decent song on.

At times I wish I had the talent of gardening…I can kill anything in a garden without even trying.  As a result the front garden in Country Town has not even has so much as a drop of water from me since I moved in, good thing it rains in the wet to water the trees, there is no grass and I don’t have to bother about it.

I know I definitely don’t want to have the talent of dance, it does nothing for me.

I know I don’t want the talent of public speaking, I’ve managed so far and can talk fine in front of the cherubs, so I don’t really feel the need for it.

I had to click a like on this one. If we ever meet let us go shopping for clothes and shoes together. I am sure that would become blog of the year.

I hadn’t thought about my lack of talent for growing things when I wrote my daily post! Now I wish I had… I, too, can kill anything that requires soil. I can even kill a cactus.

I used to be able to buy clothes easily, but now, my boobies are a bit further south and I have no bum and things just don’t fit like they once did. So don’t be thinking that it’s a problem unique to larger women. Thankfully, we both have the internet and can become experts at returns…
